a.k.a Mother Theresa
a.k.a Madir Teresa
Come on! let's admit it. If the cust asks for a callback in 15mins because he/she has to feed his/her cat or whatsoever, we techs are more than happy to do that. Who doesn't? While on idle for 15mins, we can do a lot... like a lot! We can check K for any attendance disputes, check our mailbox for any important update or read I (ai) for t/s help...hmmmp.. ok ok... too good to be true. While on idle for 15mins, we can check our yahoo mailbox, chat with our teammates, make a cup of coffee, relax.... (that sounds realistic!)
But not everyone is like that! Yeah... I know someone who doesn't want to stay idle for a single minute. A cust asked for a callback in 15mins, this someone took another call because she didn't want to stay unproductive. Well, that's a very good example indeed but of course you have to consider that a callback is set in a few minutes. What if the next call will take an hour or so... hmmmp. What are you gonna do with the set callback?
Being productive is making sure the quality isn't being sacrificed. Right? and not the number of calls you take in a day. She'll realize soon. Always give your usual Best! Take a rest if needed and treat each call like it's just a churva, then SMILE :)
Happy Morning Everyone!
